Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at HollySys Rail in Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably within the South Africa Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa, Transnet SOC Ltd and any other Signalling Company. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel within Africa.
