We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven operational director/integrator. Someone who knows how to build SOPs, workflows, and systems in place for a smoother operational flow to generate maximum revenue.Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of operationally systemizing, streamlining and scaling agencies from 20 to 40-50 people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish clear workflows and systems across all departments

• Create and manage clear KPIs and performance measurement systems

• Be able to take new company ideas and turn them into clear operational tasks and maps to develop

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operationally scaling agencies. Social Media Management/Marketing experience is desirable.

- Expertise in click up or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in building and maximising team efficiencies.

- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record of stepping in and spotting where systems and workflows need to be built/improved.

- Experience in searching, hiring and training team members at scale across a variety of roles and departments inc. management positions

Work Schedule:

- Standard UK hours: 9 AM to 5 PM.

- Flexibility to manage own schedule but must be available for client communication and meetings.

Salary:

Subject to experience.
