Job Title: Social Media Sales Assistant

Location: Cape Town (Remote until Q2 2024, then transition to office setting)

Salary: R10,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM UK Time Zone (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Sales Assistant to join our team at a growing social media agency. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media and eager to leverage their skills to generate sales leads and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our internal team to generate leads for our agency on various social media platforms.
• Create engaging content daily, including a high volume of pictures and selfies, to maintain an active and appealing online presence.
• Utilise social media for sales purposes, actively engaging with potential clients and audiences.
• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, following through the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance online engagement.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience in a social media agency required.
• Strong interest and familiarity with various social media platforms.
• Regular user of social media, comfortable with creating and posting content frequently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
