Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise a team of SEO Managers, Leads, and PMs, including recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and goal-setting sessions with team members to promote continuous growth and development.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance technical SEO skills, analytical abilities, and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Oversee workload allocation, project assignments, and ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.

- Oversee complex SEO challenges and provide expert guidance to address escalations, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented and maintained across all digital channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Develop and oversee link-building strategies, including outreach and relationship building with industry influencers and websites.
- Manage and optimize local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles, local citations, and online reviews.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all SEO initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
- Act as the lead SEO consultant for key clients, providing strategic recommendations, presenting SEO reports, performance updates, and outlining future plans during regular client meetings.

Required Skills/Abilities:
