You will be a dynamic and creative Senior Social Media Specialist with an eagerness to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, adept at engaging audiences across various platforms and committed to driving brand awareness and lead generation for our property investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to promote investment opportunities.

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Manage and maintain our social media presence, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions with our audience.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives and investment initiatives.

• Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to the real estate and investment industries, and leverage these insights to inform content and strategy.

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach target audiences and maximise ROI.

• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.

• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy.

• Implement webinar for our sales funnel with help of our team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Proven - minimum 3-4 years - experience in social media marketing, preferably in the property or investment industry.

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms for business purposes, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling ability.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and execute them effectively.

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for property and investment, with a desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends and developments.

• Working Remotely in the comfort of your home

• You must have sufficient equipment for remote working (Laptop, Headset, UPS back-up generator, Fast & Reliable Fibre Broadband Internet [min 40Mbps])

• Salary: Base £600-£700 + performance related bonus

• Opportunity to progress within the company to senior, managerial and C level position for the right candidate
