We seek a passionate and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Paid Media team. In this hybrid role (2 days in-office), you'll manage and own Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns and performance for global Lead Gen and e-commerce brands.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Campaign Management: Execute high-performing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) like leads, sales, ROAS, and ROI.

 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, identify key insights, and generate and present insightful reports for clients.

 

  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and building trust.

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve client goals.

 

  • Innovation & Optimization: Continuously explore and implement new strategies and technologies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Analytics, Account Management) and external partners (e.g., Google, Meta) to achieve campaign objectives.
