ABOUT THE POSITION

We seek a seasoned Senior Manager for the Content and Social Media Marketing department with a strong background in B2B inbound marketing, content marketing, and social media management. This individual will lead the team and manage the entire content-led customer acquisition process internally and for our clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with partner management and demand generation department leaders, develop and manage effective content and social media strategies for B2B customer acquisition.

· Team Management: Oversee the content marketing team, including copywriters, SEO manager, editor and designers, to execute B2B content and social media strategies.

· Content Management: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content tailored to each platform, ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency.

· Content and Social Media Calendar: Develop and maintain content and social media calendars for consistent and timely content flow across all content and social media channels.

· Metrics and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on data insights.

· Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.

· Cross-Department Coordination: Source and develop content that supports company initiatives and enhances our online presence.

· Outcome Ownership: Be responsible for the results of content marketing and social media efforts, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· 6+ years of experience in social media management, content marketing, and B2B marketing.

· Current B2B content marketing experience is required, as is organic LinkedIn social media marketing.

· Experience managing a cross-functional team on both a project and staff management basis.

· Demonstrated ability to interact with C-level executives.

· Strong experience in both creating integrated B2B content and social media strategies and hands-on management of their execution.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

· Strong understanding of social media and content marketing metrics and the ability to use data to drive strategy.

· Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to assess the efforts of copywriters to reach marketing goals.

· Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in budget management.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in the construction or legal industries is desired.

· Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.

 

· Understanding of B2B account-based marketing and inbound lead generation strategies.
