You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring seamless communication, successful campaign execution, and high client satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving performance and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and understanding their business needs.
- Schedule and lead regular client meetings to review campaign progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Run and monitor ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative Strategists, Designers) to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
- Compile and send weekly performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Proactively identify campaign optimization opportunities and communicate them to clients.
- Relay client feedback and requests to the appropriate team members.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all deliverables are on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Oviond etc.).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
KPIs/Performance Metrics:
- Campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CTR).
- On-time delivery of client feedback and tasks.
