As a Paid Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, develop tailored strategies, and ensure campaigns are performing at their best to drive measurable results. Your role will involve constant optimization, A/B testing, and reporting to maximize the ROI of paid social media efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to achieve client goals such as brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, develop targeting strategies, and create custom audience segments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and video content that aligns with campaign goals and drives engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize paid social campaigns in real-time, adjusting budgets, targeting, bids, and creative assets to maximize performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on various campaign elements (ad copy, creative, audiences) to improve results and gather actionable insights.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis of campaign performance, including key metrics like CPM, CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and use data to make informed recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media to keep campaigns competitive and effective.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and communicate campaign results and insights during regular meetings.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies are implemented while achieving client objectives.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting reports and performance updates to clients, highlighting key insights, strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed to support overall company goals, including participating in strategic planning sessions, supporting sales teams, and collaborating on integrated digital marketing campaigns.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience with paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and results to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for testing new strategies and ideas.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Display, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also being a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest paid media trends, technologies, and algorithm changes.
