• Knowledge and understanding of cleaning materials and equipment.

• Knowledge and understanding of the minimum specifications and guidelines or requirements.

• Knowledge and understanding of relevant health and safety requirements/legislation and policies.

• Knowledge and understanding of Waste Management contract and guidelines.

• Knowledge and understanding of HR policies and processes.

• Knowledge and application of relevant software

• Financial skills
  
  

Requirements

• Relevant and recognized bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Operational Management.

• A business management qualification will be advantageous.

• Valid Code 08/10 Driving License

• 3 years minimum working experience in management/ supervisory role in operation environment.

• Knowledge and understanding of cleaning, health and safety legislative and other requirements and compliances
