Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 1 August – 29 November
Work set up: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office, 2 remote).
We are seeking a Digital Business Director with experience in account management of digital businesses or portfolios. The successful candidate will support managing and growing our client’s digital client base, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strategic oversight.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage digital accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Develop and execute digital strategies to meet client objectives.

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery of services.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance digital performance.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Report on campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital account management or similar roles.

• Proven track record in managing digital portfolios and driving client success.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
