Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Professional for our Showroom. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting premium appliances, provide expert product knowledge, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver outstanding customer service together with building a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing premium appliances

• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations

• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent customer service

• Understand and address customer needs effectively

• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve showroom goals

Qualifications

• Proven sales consulting and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High attention to detail and product knowledge

• Experience in the appliance industry is a plus

• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans required
