  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Achieve growth and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales team
  • Set objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance of the sales team
  • Design and implement growth plans
  • Foster strong relationships with current and new customers
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts to capitalize on new opportunities
  • Drive sales growth on our B2B platform
  • Develop strategies to broaden distribution channels and improve product accessibility
  • Initiate bi-annual product training sessions with key customers
  • Provide relevant feedback and direction to the design team on product development
  • Prepare management reports and provide insights on sales performance
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring expenses are within budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Demonstrate high-level sales and administrative skills


  • 3-5 years of related sales experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Proficient computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Excel expert level)
  • PowerBi literacy is advantageous
  • Experience in supplying to the sports industry is advantageous
  • Only candidates with external sales experience will be considered
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is required
