We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth at Titan Secure. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and fostering a high-performance sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by seeking out, analysing, and developing new accounts, promoting our product portfolio in line with Titan Secure’s growth strategies.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with the company’s overall sales objectives. Compile a sales strategy and sales mix to reach set targets for your area of responsibility.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Actively generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Use insights to adapt sales approaches, ensuring Titan Secure stays ahead of the curve.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the local sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotion plans and strategies that enhance Titan Secure’s brand presence.
  • Business Development: Continuously identify areas of improvement within the sales process and develop new business to support company growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • 4 years in Senior Sales Position.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Knowledge of the automotive or security industry is a plus.
