Job Description

  • In close collaboration with the Head of Commercial, establish the growth plan to secure new business in the sub-region and guarantee the achievement of budgeted and targeted growth objectives.
  • Ensure that every identified sales opportunity or lead is closed.
  • Handle continuing contracts and client contacts to maintain and increase current sales volume.
  • Create opportunities for networking with current clients as a member of the senior management team.
  • Create, nurture, and manage a high-achieving sales force by hiring and developing talent at all levels.
  • Oversee and coordinate the company's implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a university degree or equivalent.
  • A demonstrated history of securing large, lucrative contracts (both directly and indirectly through a team).
  • MBA qualification advantageous.
  • Strategic planning background experience.
  • Proven operational or leadership Skills.
