Job description – Quality Assurance Administrator

The Purpose of your role

  • Reduce losses for Babble by ensuring re-sign orders are commercially viable
  • Actively liaise with Sales and Provisioning to ensure clean data on orders
  • Reduce friction in quote to billing cycle by identifying and resolving errors
  • Maintain data logs to enable reporting back to the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking orders to ensure all mandatory data is included, allowing smooth transition into provisioning
  • Efficiently update and amend data on orders by request
  • Check products to be ceased are listed on resign orders
  • Support provisioning with updating product information on orders as required
  • Update QA data logs
  • Provide communication and education on current processes and best practices, identifying process improvements to support sales processes

What good looks like for this role

The successful candidate will be organized, and self-motivated and will need to be an effective communicator, show a high level of attention to detail and be a team player. Experience in working in this type of team would be an advantage but is not necessary, as training and support will be given for this role.

What you also need to know

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Hours will be core UK hours (8:30am – 5:30pm)
  • You’ll be working under our Operations Director
  • Own equipment and home office setup required
