Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Manager for our own brands. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brands Brabura, Fhiaba, V-Zug and Kaelo in the Southern African market. Seeking an individual who reflects the organizations value of integrity.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and execute the product strategy for Brabura, Fhiaba, V-Zug and Kaelo.

• Provide expert product knowledge.

• Identify new product opportunities, trends, and innovations within the premium appliance industry.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent customer service.

• Understand and address customer needs effectively.

• Responsible for local compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• High attention to detail and product knowledge.

• Premium market product and/or services background.

• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans required.
