Are you a digital marketing expert with a passion for leadership and innovation? My client is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team and drive their digital strategies to new heights. Budget: R 456 000 ZAR PA CTC

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the digital team, overseeing all digital advertising projects across platforms such as Meta and Google.

- Ensure high-quality output and adherence to best practices.

 

Client Engagement

- Collaborate directly with clients to develop digital strategies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend marketing tactics to ensure successful digital campaigns.

 

Training and Development

- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, including overseeing digital marketing training and continuous education on advertising strategies.

 

Project Management

- Support Account Managers and guide the Client Service team from initial briefings to final delivery.

- Ensure projects stay within scope, deadlines are met, and profitability targets are achieved.

 

Process Improvement

- Drive improvements in the digital department's processes and practices, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

 

Reporting and Accountability

- Monitor and report on team performance, client project statuses, and budget reconciliations for social and Google Ads spends.

 

Resource Aspects

- Perform some resource duties with less daily allocation.

- Be available to help with emergencies after hours if required.

 

Skills and Experience

 

Experience

- Minimum of three years in a digital agency or relevant field, with a focus on digital marketing.

 

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

 

Additional Skills

- Familiarity with MailChimp and WordPress is preferred.

- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
