Job Opportunity: Debtors and Creditors Administrator (Finance) - Remote
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Debtors and Creditors Administrator to join our Finance team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from East London. Debtors Administrator Responsibilities:
- Mail Proof of Deliveries (PoDs) to clients for direct delivery verification. • Open and maintain Cash on Delivery (CoD) and debtors accounts. • Process and record daily payments received. • Generate and send monthly statements to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment-related issues. Creditors Administrator Responsibilities: • Prepare purchase orders (POs) for all incoming stocks. • Accurately capture and record incoming stock information. • Prepare reconciliations and remittances for supplier payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices. • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve any payment discrepancies or queries. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Debtors Administrator and/or Creditors Administrator. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of financial regulations and practices.
