We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer (Head Office) for our Brick Manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of customer relations and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Create Proof of Deliveries (PoDs) and ensure all necessary documentation is complete. • Coordinate transportation logistics, including arranging transport for product delivery. • Obtain PoDs from transporters to create accurate and timely customer invoices.
- Manage all transporter invoices and ensure prompt payment processing. • Prepare monthly reconciliations and remittances for the transporters. • Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and sales, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders, transportation, and financial transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to customer relations and logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in customer relations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite. • Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Knowledge of the brick manufacturing industry or construction materials is advantageous.
