- Canva / Photoshop (graphic design, slide decks, content creation)
- Video editing (basic course and social media content editing)
- Google Sheets / Docs (collaboration, tracking, content organisation)
- Research skills (supporting citations, sourcing visuals & resources)
- Event platforms (Undandelion, Eventbrite, or similar)
- Automation tools (e.g. Otter AI or similar transcription/workflow automation tools)
- Creative portfolio with a botanical/organic aesthetic that aligns with the brand
- Social media setup & management (Instagram focus – reels, posts, stories, content repurposing)
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain online courses (WordPress + Elementor integration, e-commerce setup, slide creation, downloadable resources)
- Edit and repurpose video content for courses and social media distribution
- Design slides, visuals, and handouts aligned with brand aesthetics
- Set up and manage Instagram presence – content strategy, posting, and engagement
- Automate workflows for email capture, course sign-ups, and digital downloads
- Support event setup and promotion (online workshops via Eventbrite/Undandelon)
- Conduct research for course material, fact-checking, and creative inspiration
- Collaborate closely with client on creative direction, ensuring brand consistency
