Your role:

Play a critical role in supporting thousands of clients across the globe with our DaaS environment. You will be the first line of contact if something is unclear, unknown or requires fixing. Don’t worry, there is an experienced team behind you. Champion of the Customer that is what we're looking for!

As part of V2 Cloud, you will:

• Provide fanatical customer service,
• Assist customers navigating through our products and help them being successful in V2,
• Fix technical issues as they arise,
• Perform documented server maintenance tasks,

You know or you have proved yourself in

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Ability to describe technical terms in a non-technical way,
• Strong understanding of what Great Customer Experience is,
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and demonstrated drive to succeed and exceed expectations.
