What you will do:

Reporting to the President, you will lead a team of elite sales executives to meet the team's aggressive new business acquisition objectives.

Your main responsibilities include recruiting, training and managing top-flight sales talent to meet and exceed your team's targets.

About You:

• An expert with a track record in designing optimal sales systems and inspiring your team to meet and exceed targets in a structured, consultative selling environment.

Strong sales leadership, coaching and motivational skills, and a hands-on approach to supporting your team are essential.
