You will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and profitability of the Division at a national level.

 

This role involves managing a sales team, product managers, and customer relationships to ensure sustained growth and success.

 

You will hold a degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Chemical Engineering and have a minimum of five years of management experience, ideally within the protective materials, industrial, or surface technology sectors.

 

Strong pricing, budgeting, and team leadership skills are essential, along with excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The role also requires regular travel and the ability to mentor and coach the sales team in accordance with company values and safety culture.

 

You will be tasked with driving sales performance, managing key accounts, and ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting. Collaboration with various departments, including technical, finance, and customer care, is critical for product development and customer support.

 

A key focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with customers and principals while ensuring the Division meets its monthly sales targets and long-term growth goals.
