Outworx is looking for Inbound Sales Agents for a leading mobile company in the UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Telephonically contact leads as provided by the client
•Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner as necessary
•Adhere to internal sales processes
•Working to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
•Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customer's best interest.
•Always promote ‘Best Practice’

REQUIREMENTS:
•Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification
•Exceptional listening skills
•Computer Literate
•Assume responsibility for accuracy and performance
•Proficient written and spoken skills
•Able to work UK Hours Monday-Saturday
