As a POD Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and timely processing of proof of delivery documents. You will work closely with our drivers, warehouse personnel, and office staff to ensure that all documentation is complete and properly recorded. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position.

  • POD Capturing
  • Receive and sort proof of delivery documents from drivers.
  • Verify that all required information is provided on each document.
  • Enter delivery information into the company database accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic POD files.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to delivery documentation.
  • Communicate with drivers and warehouse personnel to gather missing or incomplete information.
  • Assist in generating and analysing delivery reports as needed

Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Advanced Studies
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)

Experience

  • Data capturing experience
  • General administrative experience
  • Experience in the system advantageous
  • Experience in Evolution advantageous

Must speak English and Afrikaans fluently
