The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness for the various education businesses in the Growth Ten group of companies, namely Richfield, the AAA School of Advertising and ALT_ED. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of marketing trends, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to manage a diverse team. The Marketing Director will work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s overall sales goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
