Inventory Manager Automotive ~ Manufacturing ~ Renewable Energy

You will be reporting to the Manager of the Central Distribution Centre. You will lead the receiving and inventory departments to enhance customer service by improving stock accuracy across all business units, aligning with the company's strategic vision.

You will be a holder of a tertiary qualification in Warehousing and Logistics, combined with at least 8 years of stock management experience. Experience should include 3 years at a management level. You are expected to possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is essential.

Automotive, Manufaturing Or Renewable Energy Sector Experience Is Required.

Responsibilities include managing of stock, ensuring adherence to processes that mitigate risk, enhancing stock rotation, and reducing out-of-stock scenarios. Your role involves overseeing daily operations such as perpetual counts, stock adjustments, and maintaining accurate records in SAP.

Additionally, you will manage financial aspects related to stock variance, reporting regularly to reduce write-offs and ensure compliance with processes.

Your efforts will contribute significantly to the companys goals of improving customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of stock accuracy.
