Job Description
Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: May 31, 2025
Our client who is a leading IT infrastructure and services company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of owned and earned digital channel campaigns aimed to improve brand awareness, reach and reputation. This will span across brand, employee brand, solutions and services. The successful candidate will work closely with the broader communications and revenue teams to support campaign execution, ultimately supporting the delivery of marketing qualified leads. This would include management of performance and tracking to maximize campaign performance.
- Act as the strategic conduit between regions, countries, affiliates and the Global digital team.
- Co-ordinate support for any in-country or regional localized events.
- Own the regional digital marketing calendar to support regions and affiliates.
- Support by ensuring content is appropriate and topical for the brand.
- Ensure all regional content aligns to the global calendar.
- Draft copy for social content while working with the Digital Marketing Manager and agency to ensure the correct tone and language is used.
- Create reports for campaigns for the social channels to support regions/affiliates with performance on owned and earned content.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager and revenue team with creating UTM tracking links for owned and earned channels.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving adoption in Employee advocacy, ensure relevant content is available, manage opt-ins and usage of the tool and complete adoption reports.
- Together with the agency, Digital Marketing Manager and the brand team, ensure all creative digital content is accurately expressed (visual and content) on digital channels.
- Ensure effective community management across the digital channels in a timely and effective manner.
- Support campaign execution together with the Digital Marketing Manager and digital agencies.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to gather insights from digital performance to continuously improve digital presence.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders in region to support them on social media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/diploma, preferably in the Marketing field.
- 3 to 4 years in a Marketing field, preferably two years in digital marketing, with specific social media execution experience (required).
- Social and digital marketing execution.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Agency experience preferable.
- Exposure to a B2B marketing environment.
- Understanding of the global ICT industry, preferable.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment (across teams, regions and agencies).
- Creative thinker and willingness to proactively apply insights and learnings.
- Exposure and understanding of different cultures and approaches.
- An understanding of a B2B marketing environment and way of work.
- Flair and passion for client experience.
- A passion for digital marketing trends.
