Main Purpose of Position:

The role of the CRM and Pricing Administrator is to ensure that the pricing models are accurate at all times, that the latest pricelists are uploaded and that the organization's pricing models are well maintained and operate reliably.

Need to ensure customer base is maintained in the systems and that the different projects are always streamlined, and information is up to date.



  • Enter and analyze pricing and sales data, including confirming accuracy.
  • Produce, analyze, and update pricing models.
  • Analyze data, communicate findings, and suggest pricing strategies.
  • Process and update contracts, metrics, and cover letters about pricing
  • Partner across departments to set promotional prices, communicate sales initiatives, and standardize formats
  • Daily collaboration with Brand Teams on pricing strategies and different projects they are involved in
  • Daily Review of pricing on open orders
  • Maintaining training material for the different systems and providing training to users

Vendor and System process knowledge

  • Understanding of the Vendor operational processes to ensure alignment of FD pricing models.
  • Understanding of the Accpac and CRM systems to ensure workable pricing models.
  • Understanding new projects as we roll them out

Internal training associated with competencies:

  • Completion of the Learning Map for the division
  • Completion of relevant behavioral interventions to assist identified competency in the role.

Minimum Qualification :

  • Relevant Degree/Diploma in Finance
  • Sage CRM and Accpac Sage 300 system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a data-capturing environment.
  • Finance background is essential.

Office Requirements:

  • Work-from-office environment.
  • Semi-formal dress code.
  • Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
  • Reliable transport to and from the office.
