Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and provide tailored solutions.
- Support transactions and market properties.
- Negotiate sales and leases.
- Assist clients with space requirements.
- Provide market information to landlords, sellers and buyers.
- Accompany clients to property sites.
- Coordinate transaction materials.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Property Studies, LLB, Quantity Surveyor, Bcom, or similar.
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial or residential property industry
