Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at Sparrows Accounting in Pretoria. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, handling tax returns, conducting financial audits, and advising clients on financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Financial Accounting, Taxation,

• Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns

• Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and budgeting

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Relevant accounting certification (e.g., CA / SAIPA) is a must

• Xero experience
